The toner helps brings back the "pH-balance" (acid pH) of the skin, which is washed off each time you wash the skin. Note:
When you are using the following Skin Fitness products i.e. Micro peel, Daily Peel, Macro peel, Blemish Free/ "accelerator crèmes"…Avoid spots with general sensitivity, spots that stings a lot, avoid contact with the eyes (if contact is made with the eye, flush with fresh, clean water or visine/eye solution) and do not apply to the eyelid. You may apply near the orbital ridge of the eyes and the temples. May skip a day or two if skin is overly sensitive….Then resume the use of the product again, when skin's general sensitivity is gone.
How to use:

Wash Face thoroughly with Skin Cleanser mix granules. Rinse well. Towel dry.

Then pour the Toner over a "wet squeezed-dried-cotton wool.“

Apply all over the face except too close to eye areas, you may go as near as the orbital ridge of the eyes and sides of the temples.
